She was predeceased by: her brother George of Washington; her son Bennie O.; her grandson Bennie A., Jr. (Mother Canty); her children, Myron Cantyof (Annette) and Debbie; her daughter-in-law Deloris Anderson of Mullins, SC; her sister-in-law Pearl of Lake City, SC; her grandchildren, Marquita Anderson, Mario Canty, Maren Canty, Mariel Canty, Franklin Davis, Alexis Davis, BernestMoore, Jr., Norica Oya, Kyrica Wilson and Jarvis Canty; and her great grandchildren, My'lanCanty, My'lek Canty, My'Kai, Nyla Canty, Shemar Canty, Delania Davis and Lashawn.
