He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonzo Billings and Daily Billings. He is survived by: his nephew Ray; his daughter Chenelle Billings of Washington; his nephew James R. Billings of Mullins; and his cousins, James Gilchrist and James Bristow of Mullins. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
