She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Thomas Taylor and Kathleen Baker Taylor; and her brother Richard Howard Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Marion Outen; her children, Jody Outen (Renee), Melinda Hardin (Sonny) and Julie Outen (Michael Powers); her grandchildren, Allen Short, Katye H. Zekoski (Alan), Leanne Mangum (Jimmy McManus), Molly Hardin, Bethany Outen and Evan Hardin; her great grandchild Landon McManus; and her brother Thomas "Tom" Taylor (Tom Garrett). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
