She was predeceased by: her husband Richard E. Byrd; her parents, Eugene H. Cooke, Sr. and Cleavie Mae Collins Cooke; and her grandchildren, Carlin Byrd and Justin Byrd.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Byrd of Marion, Ricky Byrd of Florence and Cecil Byrd of Florence; her daughter-in-law Margie Byrd of Florence; her grandchildren, Sommer Byrd, Rivers Byrd, Madison Byrd and Bailey Byrd; her granddaughter-in-law Kara Byrd; her great grandchild Mila Byrd; and her sisters, Judy Ratley, Lois Stull and Julia Baurle.
