He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ann "Shan" Dozier Haymond. He is survived by: his father Lee Roy Haymond, Jr. (Jessie); his sons, Jon-Michael (Brittany) and Adam (Ally); his grandson Cooper; and his siblings, Mark, Steve and Beth.
