He was predeceased by: his parent Vermont Herbert; and his brother Claude Baldwin. He is survived by: his parent Virginia Lee Mabe Baldwin; and his siblings, Woody Baldwin (Maggie) of Surfside, Charles Baldwin, Sr. of Fountain Inn, SC, Bill Baldwin of Manassas and Nancy Baldwin of Manassas.
