He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearlie Dubose Alford, Jr. and Lois Mae Coleman Alford; and his son Jamie Coleman Alford. He is survived by: his daughter Sara Elizabeth Alford of Simpsonville; his grandchildren, Natalia and Kamren McDavid; the mother of his children Libby Grantham of Mullins; his close friends, Bobo and Shannon Ammons of Centenary; and his pet Shelby.
