He was predeceased by: his father Lou Brice Turner; his wife Betty Lynn Altman Turner; his granddaughter Shonna Tuner Robinette; and his siblings, David Turner, Donald Turner (Brenda) and Julia Richardson.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Shon Turner (Katherine) of Mullins, Angel T. White (Kenny) and Tomy T. Baxley (Jack) of Marion; his grandchildren, Jordan White Holmes, Carson White (Zoe), Lexie Evans (Nichols), Jackson Baxley and Jett Turner; his great grandchildren, Avery Robinette, Holly Belle Robinette, Brody Holmes, Chayse Holmes, Cayson White and Reid Evans; and his siblings, Larry Turner (Wanda), Terry Turner and Dianne Hunt.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Richardson Funeral Home of Marion Marion (1936 Senator Gasque Rd, Marion, SC 29571). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at the Palmetto Memorial Gardens.
