Jane Prescott Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane Prescott of Marion, South Carolina, born in Dillon, South Carolina, who passed away on February 28, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Etheridge James and Mattie Viola Moore Haselden; her son Dennis Keith Prescott; and her sisters, Joyce Brown, Barbara Powers and Ernestine Ammons.

She is survived by: her husband Herbert Michael Prescott; her daughters, Loretta Paulsen (Steven) of Marion and Valerie Garris (Scott) of Florence; her grandchildren, Jessica Amerson (Ethan) of Florence, Austin Garris of Florence and Caleb Hearl (Jodi) of Myrtle Beach; and her brother Etheridge Spinks Haselden (Lisa).

Use of masks and social distancing protocols will be in place.
