He is survived by: his wife Shelia Shaffer Trail; his sons, James Lee Trail, Jr. (Angela) and Brian Richard Trail (Alyssa); his siblings, Woody Trail (Joyce), Kenneth Trail (Anna), John Trail (Josephine), Timothy Trail (Edna) and Clarissia Bosely (Calvin); his grandchildren, Dakota Trail, Kristen Trail, Marshall Trail, Cassadi Morris, Robbie Spell and Rylee Trail; his great grandchild Everett Trail; and his aunt Betty Robey. He is also survived by brother and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
