With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Sawyer Rogers of Marion, South Carolina, born in Mullins, South Carolina, who passed away on August 29, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernestine C. Sawyer and Olin M. Sawyer; and her siblings, Magdalene Drew, Mary Alice Meredith, Howard Sawyer, Sarah Lawton and BJ Sawyer.
She is survived by: her children, T. Charlton Rogers, Jr. (Michele), Dawn Rogers Cleary (Ross) and Susan R. Myers (Gregory); her sister Shelby Boette (Emory); her grandchildren, Brian J. Myers, Jr., Kalin Cleary, Tyler Cleary, Kelsey Myers, Lauren Cleary and Coleman Kimbrell; and her great grandchildren, Sadie K. Almond, Hunley H. Myers, Colton Leaphart, Jase Cleary and Tate Leaphart.
