He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Carlisle Grice and Evelyn Perritt Grice; his son-in-law Mark Lane; his brother Wayne Grice; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Wilkerson and Jimmy Snowden.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lewis Grice; his daughters, Wendy Grice Lane of Myrtle Beach, SC, Julie Grice Chandler (Calvin) and Suzanne Grice Greenway (Alex) of Summerville, SC.; his grandchildren, Brooke, Wesley, Wyatt Lane, Madeline, MaryGrace Chandler, Gryson, Lawton and Witton Greenway; his siblings, H. M. Grice (Carol Ann) of Marion, SC, Betty Mae Wilkerson of Saluda, NC, Judy James (Bubba) of Sumter, SC, Miriam Herlong (Harold) of Marion, SC, Nita Tolson of Florence, SC and Kathy Snowden of Marion, SC; and his sister-in-law Jimmie Leigh Grice of Marion, SC. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
