With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugenia Lois Richardson Phillips of Marion, South Carolina, born in Latta, South Carolina, who passed away on February 9, 2021 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Floyd and Eugenia Wise Richardson; the father of her children Archie T. Stroud; her husband Sam C. Phillips; her son-in-law Franklin Brown; and her siblings, John Floyd Richardson, Robert E. Richardson, Dew Percy "Dick" Richardson, Alan Farrell Richardson, Margaret May Canty, Virginia Joy Richardson and Sarah Stone.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie S. Brown, James Anthony Stroud (Grace), Archie Tony Stroud, III (Tracey) and Christopher W. Stroud (Faye); her grandchildren, Jason Stroud (Kelly), Jonathan Stroud, Mary Ashley Brown, Franklin D. Brown, Jr., Robie Elmore (Rob), Brittany Nicole Stroud and Ross Stroud; her great grandchildren, Joseph James Stroud, Austin Jackson, Gavin Brown, Taylor Brown and Brody Brown; and her brother Edward Richardson (Mary Ellen). She is also survived by great grandchildren.
