She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh Mincey and Flossie Thompkins Mincey; and her siblings, Joe, Dale, Bill, Charles, Marshall and Valdean Mincey.
She is survived by: her husband David L. Collins; her children, Alan Collins (Leslie) and Kim Wallace (Shawn) of Lexington, SC; and her grandsons, Joshua Collins of Lexington, SC and Adam Wallace of Charleston, SC. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
