He was predeceased by: his parents, Atlee Burke Campbell and Elizabeth Bessie Rouse; his wife Barbara Rosenfeldt Campbell; and his brothers, Howard, French, Aubrey of Lauren Stanley, R. C., Joe and Earl Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Campbell Gainey and Coy Lee Campbell Jr. of Marion; his sister Ara Belle Koechig of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Crystal Lee Beckstrand (Joseph), Falicia Nealy (Harvey), Joey Gainey, Lacy Gainey and Cody Campbell; his great grandchildren, Deanna Nealy, Jordan Nealy, Kaylee Beckstrand, Hayden Beckstrand, Bentley Miller, Journi Gainey and Cheyenne; and his nephew Bobby Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends.
