He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie King and Grace Harrelson King; his daughter Paula Denise King; his brothers, Jack King, William King and Stanley King; and his grandson Matthew Jowers.
He is survived by: his wife Bennye King; his children, Randy King of Marion, Bryan King (Terri) of Conway, John King (Diane) of Elloree, SC, Beth McPhatter (Lee) of Dillon, Barbara Wise (Eddie) of Sellers, Cindy Jowers (Marty) of Marion, Kathy Dimery (Terry) of Lake View and Rita Miller (Ronnie) of Lake View; and his siblings, Leslie King (June Rae King) of Lake View and Pat Hayes (Ben) of Lake View. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
