He was predeceased by: his parents, Liston Calvin, Jr. and Louise Calder Cook; his wife Faye Cook; and his sister Linda Coleman. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Cook Plyler (Jeremie) of Marion and Dylan Cook (Kacey Cranford) of Hartsville; and his sisters, Debra Todd (Dale) of Loris and Brenda Williams of Latta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
