He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Grady Stewart and Kathryn Turner Burrell. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Taylor Stewart; his daughter Teresa Stewart; his sisters, Elaine Burgess (Eddie) and Delight Kelley (Randy); his mother-in-law Elizabeth Taylor; his brothers-in-law, Hank Taylor (Elisa) and Laton Taylor (Debra); his close friends, Kim, Linda Ledbetter, Wanda Means and Brenda Stewart; his siblings, Mike Stewart and Deb Williams; and his stepfather Harold Chastine.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Howze Mortuary (6714 State Park Rd, Travelers Rest, SC 29690). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Howze Mortuary Chapel (6714 State Park Rd, Travelers Rest, SC 29690).
