He was predeceased by: his father William Oliver (JP); his wife Beverly K. Jones Oliver; and his brother Ted Oliver. He is survived by: his mother Lillian Oliver; his son Dakota Oliver; his daughter-in-law Brandi of Marietta, SC; his siblings, Carolyn Long, Larry Oliver (Lynette) and Jim Oliver (Sharon) of Ellenboro, NC.; and his grandchildren, Dallas, Gracelynn and Ezra.
