She was predeceased by: her spouse J. D. Allison; her parents, Duard Hart, Sr. and Margie Poole Hart; her son Donnie Wayne Clontz; and her sisters, Joyce Mae Hart and Barbara Ann Breedlove.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Hart (Laurie), Gene Brown (Belen) and Wanda Bailey; and her siblings, Duard Hart, Jr. (Joyce) and Frances Dockery (William). She is also survived by four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
