We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2024, at the age of 83, Rochelle Elaine Howard of Marietta, South Carolina, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Melville Howard, III; her parents, William Paul and Mary Ilone Calhoun McCoy; her brothers, William Paul McCoy, Jr. and David Joseph McCoy; her son-in-law David Hickman; and her grandson Jadan Howard.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Melville Howard, IV (Cynthia), Janice Gibson (Kenneth), Linda Hickman and Rochelle Goodwin (Brent); her grandchildren, Allison Fowler (Brandon), Michael Gibson, Emily Safronov, Caitlyn Howard, Brycen Hickman, Hayden Hickman, Reagan Goodwin, Tristan Howard, Forest Goodwin and Jordan Howard; and her great grandchild Sofia Safronov.
