He is survived by: his wife Sarah Monroe McIntyre; his children, John Paul McIntyre and Laurie Hawkins (Ricky); his grandchildren, Austin Paul McIntyre, Kayla Burnette (Daniel) and Elijah Hawkins; his great grandchildren, Neely Burnette, Lilly Burnette and Spencer Burnette; and his sister Dani McIntyre. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
