She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Irving Jesse Phillips and Ivalee Waldrop Phillips; her husband Douglas Cowart; her children, Sherry Harrison of Marietta, SC and Ronald Leroy Cowart of Travelers Rest, SC.; her sisters, Lena Anderson of Greenville and Lelia McDonald of Gray Court, SC.; and her grandchildren, Amanda, Kayla, Stephanie, Misty, Kim, Wendy, Cassandra, Randy Lee and Wayne. She was also cherished by seventeen great grandchildren.
