He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Newman Smith Sr. and Phyllis Gantt; his sister Shalma Rathbone; and his grandparents, Grover and Cora Holt Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathleen Smith; his children, Robert Hall (Marisa), Michelle Redding (Jeff), Joel Hall (Kayla), Troy Wilson and Marci Rathbone; his sister Lori "Phylura" Roberts; and his cousin Paulette "Polly" Wilson (Mack). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bible Deliverance Temple (500 Slater Rd, Slater-Marietta, SC 29661). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
