She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmi M. Ledford, Sr. and Lela Thompson Ledford; her brothers, Carmi M. Ledford, Jr., Charlie Ledford, Nelson Ledford of Horace Ledford, D. J and Jack Ledford; and her grandmothers, Callahan, Leona Tate, Nekoda Crider and Alma Laws.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Holtzclaw (Scott) and Donna Harbin (Russ); and her grandchildren, Joey Holtzclaw (Kristie), Allison Plyler (Stuart), Amy Pittman (Perry), Burton Harbin (Casey), Cameron Harbin and Danielle Payne. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
