He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Massingale and Rutha Mae McCall Massingale; and his sister Pearline Timms. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Capps Massingale; his son Jimmy Allen; his sisters, Flonnie Redding of Easley, Eula Mae Owens of Easley, Callie Harris of Pickens and Mary Jane Davis of Pickens; and his siblings-in-law, Mattie Massingale of Slater and Bob Timms of Belton. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
