He is survived by: his wife Gayleen Honaker Masters; his sons, Christopher Leon Masters (Jessica) and Donald Scott Masters, Jr. (Kimberlee); his grandchildren, Crandon Robert Masters, Madison Ann Butler and Donald Thomas Norwood Masters; and his siblings, Alan Masters (Tammy), Steve Alverson (Tammy), Lonnie Alverson and Kim Masters Feltman (Greg).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital For Crippled Children, 950 W. Faris Rd. Greenville, SC 29605.
