He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Edgar Thomas, Robert "Bob" Garland Sr. and Joyce Hill Garland; and his uncle George "Rusty" Garland. He is survived by: his parents, Angela Rena Garland (Steve Morgan) and Robert "Joe" Garland; his brother Kody Lee Garland; his nephews, Kyler Jo Garland and Karter Leo Morgan; his uncle Mark Garland; and his grandmother Marti Saunders. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
