He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Eugene Osborne, Sr. and Eloise Lynch Osborne; and his sister Gail Welch. He is survived by: his children, Bridgette Lee of North Carolina and Willard Eugene Osborne III of Orangeburg; his sister Hopelyn Feagin (Shane) of Cades; his nieces and nephews, Joshua Holladay, Starlin Welch, Drew Filyaw, Zach Holladay, Spencer Welch, Daphanie Vest and Stephanie Graham; his friend Robert Floyd; and his pet Ginger. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
