It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Henry Springfield (Manning, South Carolina), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ann Barwick Springfield; his parents, Henry Augusta Springfield and Willie Mae Walker Phillips; his children, Butch Springfield of Baltimore, MD, Michele Griffith of Baltimore, MD, Chad Wilson (Alicia) of Charlotte, NC and Christopher Wilson of Sumter; his grandchildren, Sebastian, Tristan, Anastasia, Brycen Springfield, Will Griffith, Joshua, Brandon and Lucas Wilson; his siblings, Mary Larche (Dave) of Dalzell, Adam Johnson of Texas and John Springfield of California; and his pet Drake. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
