She is survived by: her husband Michael Andrew Neuse; her parents, Jake Cook and Wilma Jones Cook; her son Spencer Payton of Alcolu; and her siblings, Teresa Floyd (Ronald) of Lake City, Tina Rowell (Randell) of Manning and Adam Lee (Darla) of Manning. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Manning First Assembly of God Church, Building Fund, 3574 HWY 260, Manning.
