He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Benjamin Goings, Sr. and Rena Timmons Goings; and his son Danny H. Goings. He is survived by: his children, Linda Joyce Goings Byrd of Georgia, Timothy Kyle Goings, Sr. (Catharine) of Summerton and Theo H. Goings, Jr. of Summerton; his siblings, Lucille Carter of North Charleston, Irene Huckabee of Virginia and Dick Goings of Kentucky; and his brother-in-law Paul Frank Hartline, Jr. of Colleton County. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
