He was predeceased by: his father Doyle Ray Maxey. He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Sulkowski Maxey; his children, Jessica O'Mara (Phillip) of Manning and Jeremy Maxey (Kayla) of Portland, MI; and his brother Donald Maxey (Linda) of Zephyrhills, FL.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
