It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shannon Lee Busbee of Manning, South Carolina, born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on December 2, 2022, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Luther Busbee and Claudia Barton Busbee; and his brother David Busbee. He is survived by: his sisters, Tressa Busbee and Lee Staley (Vannie); his cousin Gloria Jean Gardner; his close friend Gene Fields (Fran); his nieces and nephews, Vannie, III, Miranda, Ga-Mila (George), Amber, Angel, Xavier and Ezekiel; and his close friends, Sam and Savita Patel.
