He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Oliver and Etha Faye Michler Oliver. He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Hukkanen (Sammy) of Arizona City, AZ and Malisa Webb (Michael) of Manning; and his sister Susan Blackwell (Jim) of Manning. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stephens Funeral Home & Crematory (304 N Church St, Manning, SC 29102). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
