He was predeceased by: his wife Vicky Anne Brock Howell; his parents, George Robert Howell and Virginia Wilson Howell; his granddaughters, Logan Marie and Victoria Anne Warren; and his brothers, James Franklin and George Wayne Howell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Raynee Warren (Stephen) of Manning and Amy Marie Howell of White Salmon, WA; his grandchildren, Joshua Warren (Emily) of Sumter, Michael Warren of Manning and Stevie Elizabeth Warren of Manning; and his sister Martha Diaz-Rodriguez (Luis) of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by four nephews; and four nieces.
