It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penelope Jo Horn (Manning, South Carolina), born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Steven Darrell Horn; her parents, Edward "Eddie" Kuntz and Zelma T. Kuntz; her children, Steven Cory Horn (Erika Leigh Bertrand) and Maggie Horn; her grandchildren, Jacob and Claire; her stepgranddaughter Eliza Brown; her stepgreat-grandson Jayceon Williams; and also Rachel Tiedemann.
