She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. David Allen McFaddin; and her parents, Merle O. Chance and Nellie Parker Chance. She is survived by: her siblings, Grace Reavis, Carol King and Dwight Chance; her children, Mark McFaddin (Lisa) and Lynn Van Meter (David); and her grandchildren, Charlotte McFaddin, Claire McFaddin, Kylie Van Meter, Wyatt Van Meter and Maura Van Meter.
