He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Spigner Mahoney; his children, Alica Jane Mahoney of Columbia, Linwood "Lin" Ernest Mahoney III (Melissa) of Manning and James "Lee" Mahoney (Catherine) of Manning; his grandchildren, Breanna Lee Brown, McKenzie Kate Mahoney, Addie Jane Mahoney and Piper James Mahoney; his siblings, Donald "Donnie" Wayne Mahoney, Sr. (Neal) of Manning and Diane Mahoney Benenhaley (Jeff) of Manning; his father-in-law Robert "Bob" Lee Spigner, Sr. of Manning; and his brother-in-law Robert "Robbie" Lee Spigner, Jr. (Dianne) of Manning. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
