It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lillian Evelyn Stafford Stephen- Horay (Manning, South Carolina), born in Bishopville, South Carolina, who passed away on June 28, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Edward Stafford and Mary Eliza Arrants Stafford; her son Philip Tracy Stephen; and her niece Kay Hancock. She is survived by: her son Harry William Horay, Jr. (Barbara) of Elmer, NJ; her grandchildren, Jason Horay of Angier, NC, Nicole Horay of New Jersey and Ashley Horay of New Jersey; her great grandchildren, Caden, Cole, Niko and Nolan; her granddaughter Stephanie Michelle "Scooter" Amerson; her nephew Bruce Stafford (Ellen) of Tennessee; and her close friends, Polly Welch, Ruth Watts, Louise Stock and Lynn Post. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
