He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick J. LaPann and Ruth Lansing LaPann; his son Richard LaPann; his brother Frederick LaPann, Jr.; his daughter Lisa LaPann (Daniel Brod) of Ticonderoga, NY; his stepdaughter Julie Fuller (Randy) of Columbia; his son Randy LaPann (Tracy) of Ticonderoga, NY; and his stepson Albert Contois, Jr. (Darcey) of Moncks Corner. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
