He is survived by: his parent Mildred Frances Turner Ragland; his spouse Sharon Jones; his children, Ed Ragland of Manning, SC, William Ragland (Holly O'Neal) of Washington and Whitney Somers (Bobby) of Ludowici, GA; his grandchildren, Maddison Somers, Lathon Somers, Charlotte Somers, Turner Ragland, Landon Ragland, Asher Ragland, Addison Ragland, Aiden Ragland and Collin Lee; and his brothers, Ricky Ragland (Nancy) of Paducah, KY. and Bill Ragland.
