She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Sinclair (Rick) of Fredericksburg, VA, James Lee Tarr, Jr. of Hallsboro, NC and John Amend (Renee) of Pittsburgh, PA; her grandchildren, Kristina Millwood (Adam) of Norfolk, VA, Ashlee Tarr (Alex Ward) of Norfolk, VA and Justin Tarr of Manning; her great grandchildren, Dylan Millwood and Axel Ward; her close friend Jamie Mohler; her grandchildren, Jacob, Justin McQuistion and Camden Patten; and also Cindy Mohler of Manning. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
