It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Maurice Nelson (Manning, South Carolina), born in Sumter, South Carolina, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lynett Nelson and Gregory Howard (Jennifer); his brother Channing Howard; his grandparents, John, Ora Nelson and Jessie Howard; his children, Saniah Nelson, Aiyann Peoples and Elijah Peoples; his brother Twuan Wright; and his godmothers, Julia Conyers, Brianna Webb and Braylen Gamble. He was also cherished by other loving relatives, friends and extended family.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines, the family did not receive visitors.
