He is survived by: his children, Jessica Stephens (Tray) of Sumter and Joe C. Driggers, Jr. (Christina Morgan) of Manning; his grandsons, Colton Stephens and Jacob Stephens; and his siblings, John Lyrue Driggers of Manning, Paul Stephen Driggers of Manning, Cornelia "Connie" Brandon (Carlysle) of Manning and Rhunette Mercer of Manning. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
