It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Brance Roquemore (Manning, South Carolina), born in Lanett, Alabama, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Perry Roquemore and Camilla "Millie" Oliver Roquemore; and his brother Donnie Roquemore. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Dean Alsbrooks Roquemore; his daughter Michelle DeBerry of Sumter; his granddaughter Tamara Reardon of Sumter; his stepchildren, Elizabeth Disher (Rueben) of Sumter, Thomas Hodge of Wedgefield and Timothy Hodge of Wedgefield; and his stepgrandchildren, Shawn Hodge, Charles Disher and Zoey Disher.
