She was predeceased by: her daughter Anita Lynn Lewis Moreland; and her siblings, Myrtle Willetts Sullivan, Ophelia Willetts Sellers, Julia Ellen Willetts Swain, Christine Willetts Potter, Soloman Willetts, Jackson Willetts, Etheridge Lane Willetts and Julius Willetts.
She is survived by: her son Tola "Toby" E. Lewis, Jr.; her wife Emily; her daughter Angela Lewis Conary (Elwood); her stepdaughter Judith Lewis; her granddaughter Kristin Knapp; and also Hospice. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
