He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herbert Holladay and Nellie Ray Tobias Holladay; his daughter Lynn Holladay; his sisters, Carolyn, Marian, Judy and Merifaye; and his nephew Cliff Richburg.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Nell Richburg Holladay; his children, Renay Bates (Jim) of Columbia, Herb Holladay (Melinda) of Alcolu, Coley Holladay (Krysten) of Manning and Natalie Jordan (Kurt) of New Zion; his grandchildren, Jessica, Becky, Joey, Taylor, Landon, Livy, Ethan and Nate; his sister Joyce Hardy of Manning; his nephew Josh Richburg of Moncks Corner; and his great-nieces, Caydence and Catherine Richburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
