He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Stacy and Minnie Justice Stacy; his former wife Mary Zell Stacy; and his wife Debra June Turner Stacy. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Kyle Stacy (Michelle Stepp) of Dublin, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
