He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hampton Cutter, Sr. and Annie Mae Broach Cutter; and his siblings, Charles Hampton Cutter, Jr., L. J. Cutter, William Randall Cutter and Joyce Cutter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shirley A. Cutter (Bobby Baker) of Manning and Eugenia "Gina" Cutter (Ray Welch) of Manning; his grandchildren, Kerri Vause, Ronald Steve McIntosh III, Jonathan Dale Cutter and Ryan Cutter; and his brother Wayne S. Cutter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
